David I. Tjiptobiantoro

Indonesian citizen, 45 years old and lives in Jakarta. He was appointed as the Company’s President Commissioner since 2020 through AGMS Deed No. 30 dated July 13, 2020. He graduated from Northeastern University, Boston in 2002.

He has directed the business development of Dwi Satrya Utama Group of Companies and The Papilion Group since 2004 until now.

Indonesian citizen, 44 years old and lives in Jakarta. He was appointed as the Company’s Commissioner since 2020 through AGMS Deed No.30 dated July 13, 2020. He graduated as Bachelor of Science of Industrial Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), Bandung, Indonesia in 1998 and Master of Science of Manufacturing Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, MA, USA in 2001.

Currently, he serves as VP of Business Development Halodoc since March 2019. He previously worked at PT Maju Jaya Sarana Grafika as CEO (2010– 2018) and PT Multi Harapan Utama (Coal Mining) as VP of Sales & Business Development (2004 – 2010).

Achmad Widjaja
Independent Commissioner

Indonesian citizen, 61 years old and lives in Jakarta. He was appointed as the Company’s Independent Commissioner since 2016 based on EGMS Deed No. 142 dated June 23, 2016. He received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IEU - Belgium University in 1993. Served as Chairman of the Indonesian Ceramic Industry Association (ASAKI) in 2004-2012 and Chairman in the Ceramics Industry Club of ASEAN countries (CICA) in 2005 -2007.

Served as Secretary General at the Natural Gas Users Industry Forum (FIPGB) in 2010-2012. Served as Director at PT Ibris Sugar since 2011. He has served as President Commissioner of PT Shifa Anugrah Parfum and as President Director of PT Prima Mustika Candra and as Independent Commissioner of PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL) since 2019.

Currently serves as Vice Chairman - Committee of Upstream Industry & Petro Chemical at KADIN Indonesia. He currently holds several positions including Secretary General of the Indonesia - United Arab Emirates Business Council since 2018, and Honorary member in the Indonesia Gas Society (IGS) since 2018.
